AOC Counselling and Psychotherapy

Come Home to yourself

Services

I work with my clients from a person-centred perspective, focusing on the lived experience and current challenges that each person brings to the therapy space and integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Through providing a confidential, non-judgmental and empathic space clients feel listened to, seen and heard and facilitated to work towards their goals.

My approach is grounded in the perspective that the experience of every person is unique to them and so their therapy journey is too and that through compassionately approaching challenges and gently observing reactions, interactions and behaviour patterns, clients can decide on the way they want to be in the world, understand and consciously make choices, change if appropriate and come home to themselves.
